no, people won't find anyone to kill and improve their ratio if there is a practice arena, considering that ec has not too many players who play daily like some other servers
/practice mode will be added to use 1 time in a day and it costs 300 ECDs for 10 minutes maximum (Depending on time) Players will do /leavepractice to leave the arena. 10 minutes aren't a big thing, people can enjoy in these minutes. There are some players who want to practice with other weapons such as Rocket launcher, chainsaw or other weapons. There's no other server in VC:MP Masterlist in which a player can master all the weapons. (You won't find it easily) and EC should have its own system for all the weapons.

There are many suggestions in this case but system like this should be added and its must and good.

Daily there are like 7-8 players in ec, imagine 3 ppl do practice, there will remain 4 ppl who want to fight normally, and they can be a gang or a group of friends.

There are other systems too which decrease the player count.

What if some players have /nogoto, busy in /duel or maybe in events?

It's just a side-thing for some practice with disabled weapons.

Then remove the event mode and duel. If it has to get decreased it will decrease with these things only. The /practice thing won't change anything.

-1. Players who have a good ratio with not fight in w1 anymore with skilled players. They'll prefer fighting in the practice room so their ratio doesn't decrease.

What about a option where both the side have to agree to fight in practice?

What's the point of practice? You can always use /duel for practice at a lower bet. Practicing and not storing stats just ruins the real purpose of the server being a DM one.

What's the use of /duel? We can't practice without any premium weapon in /duel.

What do you mean by "without any premium weapon"?

negative, ec is already getting desync problems due to lot of features, this thing will make it more laggy because of different practice worlds by different players same as Vks.

working in other worlds won't affect you until you add sync objects especially custom objects. Having XML Objects does nothing if you are in other worlds. Due to VKs prop editing system, players are allowed to add any type of object, also objects with timer which creates a problem. The most common issue which appear when working with different worlds is map icon issue (player map icon stays sometimes when changing worlds) and checkpoint issue (checkpoint dissappear for some clients when changing worlds but moving on the location of the respective checkpoint runs the function of Checkpoint Entered)

I have to agree with @Zkq , the server has low player count. With the addition of this feature, the server will be divided and regular players whose only goal is to fight will loose interest in playing.

As for the arguments of /duel and minigames, those are timed events, they will end in few minutes of starting. If you also add timing to the said feature then it might work but you won't be able to practice in 10 minutes or so and it will be like an "event" rather than being "practice"  :P

As conclusion,
If you add this feature, some people will lose interest to play in EC although it's the favorite one.
