Why should we unban you ?:

well firstly even tho I don't think I did something wrong, since Stefan clearly had ban evaded, I still feel like I should apologize for evading instead of reporting him like you said @Broly , 

anyways I just didn't know death evading against a ban evader who ain't supposed to be in the server is not allowed so I apologize for that,

secondly I want to ask a question regarding a similar case, @Broly  is death evading against an hp hacker,Aurora user  allowed or not?  I wanna know just incase, to be careful in the future when playing against such ppl

and lastly It was never my intention to break a rule on this server, for example when I death evaded against GerZ, I thought it was allowed as it's friendly evade and we usually do that against each other,  and just like death evading against a ban evader, I thought it's allowed since the player himself ain't supposed to be in the server

I"m not a rulebreaker who breaks an obvious rule, based on both cases that I had got banned in, you can see how vague they were in terms of breaking an actual rule, 

Extra note:

I'm learning from these experiences, and I make sure to not repeat them, I already learned my first lesson  that death evading against a friend is not allowed,  and now i learned that death evading against a ban evader,aurora user is not allowed,

Anyways I hope I could be unbanned since it's not like other cases where a player breaks the rule and he's aware that he's breaking a rule, I wasn't aware that death evading against a ban evader is not allowed, cuz he could just ruin my stats

Human gave him a one month ban which got expired on 13/9/2021, so it was not ban evade

There's no such rules exist and we can not make our own rules my friend. If you think it would be a great idea then you're always welcome to make a suggest and let other people know since they never do such thing in front of hacker its just your own suggest

Just imagine if a newbie join a server and watch you evading ( even in front of hacker ) they'll always consider you as a death evader first impression is a last impression so i don't think we should do that.

Unbanned, please follow the rules. If you still think that death evade is fine in front of hacker then make a suggest and let other people know
