Alright so first things first, Broly has denied the unban appeal of Sas even tho the one who reported him is his friend and they're both okay with each other,

Broly has decided to stick his nose in the middle and deny the app even tho when MASTEROZ GOT REPORTED BY HIS FRIEND FULTON He got unban after posting an unban appeal WITHIN A DAY

Now how is Broly guilty?   

He is guilty for taking a biased decision and not treating the case like the other players's, he talks lots of shit but he can't back it up, he is such a clown for that, but who cares...The one who gave him admin role should be blamed, I don't blame Broly, he's just not mature enough to be an admin without bias,

The first thing you have to do to be a good admin, is to remove the bias and deal with the case as fair as possible, but Broly is just doing the opposite of that...
Extra notes:

All I'm asking for is fairness, Broly is not good at doing that, and he has shown his immaturity in multiple ways, I don't get why he was accepted as an admin,

1 - he's barely active in game

2 - I think he got accepted as an admin just because he donated for lots of players

There might be a conflict between your ban ID and broly did nothing wrong from his call of judgment you still evaded your ban from your confusion that you thought you were unbanned, but to make it clear I never reduced your ban time.

You formatted your PC in order to change UID. so you can join the server. So I don't see any mistake from Broly.  You clearly evaded your ban..

Since my case is dragged here, let me state that I solely regret death evading even as a friendly act. And I am now a supporter of no-tolerance against any rule-breaks whether friendly or non-friendly, more than ever.
So if this case gets tolerated, similar will occur in the future. And please what's done has been done, let's move on. You are not only trying to save your friend, but also planting a seed for further dramas!

You didn't even state or try to debunk any of the points I said, 

1 - Knight789  is Nassim's account, not Sos's, and Nassim is the one who gave me the pass,

3 -  the only thing you "CONTRIBUTED" in ec, is your stupidity and the incapability of being fair with players, admit it already, no one wants you to be admin, you are not mature enough to be unbiased in your decisions

4 - that person you mentioned was unbanned by Aaron after that report was made, and Aaron forgot to punish you for banning him back after he got unban,

As a note, it's up to admins that gave the ban to decide unban appeal. There's no exception for 'friendly' rule break in the rules, but the players are still allowed to make unban appeal & it's entirely up to the admin to decide.
