I got a personal warn by a staff member when i did the same thing. So its time to know if we can do this spawnkill or not.

Shoot default spawn position: You are not allowed to shoot the players' default spawn position(not the /spawnloc) using any weapon that will cause the spawned player to fall down & kill him/her when spawn the protection is over.

and on the top they're abusing the bug.
