Blocked wep bug in events

Date it happened: Maybe on Thursday ( i was busy with my life activities )
The bug:  When Kill quota event starts so we cant get weapons through cmd because its blocked in the event but after dying we are considered in a random world to avoid spawnkill which takes 2 to 3 seconds we can easily get weps in this time slot.
