There could be certain circumstances;
-As you have just mentioned above, the same scenario could occur for him as well.
-It can be ping/latency issue from either one of you.
-VCMP is not always perfect. Sometimes where we see our opponent lying, is not always the actual place.

So it's not a big issue to deal from what I can see. But, I'd like to know, if it happened only once or repeatedly? Please answer.

Man I got this problem again and again in any server I need help about it. Always my screen got stuck and be like evade in other screen after 6 secs I get back my display and it is be like timeout on other screen.

I faced this issue before the reason was my latest update of Windows 1903 the shit update ever made
So I downloaded windows 10 enterprise lstc version
This version without useless things like cortana and Xbox shit etc....also I am looking to vc stable version because my game is hanging every 5 second and then returning back like you said

Okay, I'm going to end up the discussion here. With the conclusion, the scenario doesn't seem to be of pause evade as it intermingles many causes. Therefore, I request Flint to keep your FPS stable, up to 30 instead of 60. And, if I find same report again, it may be punishable.
