Reason for reporting: Lag tool 
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc) as you can see I have reported fulton previously which was denied without any reason https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=10169.0
so here we go again

in this video, you can see clearly how he turned ON Lag tool after the shotgun hit at 0;09 and became UNHITABLE as you can see from 0:21 to 0:25.

Check from 0:10 to 0:16 @Ryne @Human. @Aaron

@SaMiR^, you're done reporting Fulton and we are looking into it. The staff team is investigating the report and will come to a just decision very soon. Be patient and have trust in us. Whatever we do is for the betterment of the server. And we understand you also wish the same. :)

Hey Samir,

We thank you for reporting. But the evidence you've provided doesn't prove Fulton using the lag tool or any such thing. I'll explain to you briefly.

1-There's something called lead aim as mentioned by @Ryne earlier. If you look at your shots and @FulToN_619 's shots, you'll notice that you're aiming straight at him while he is aiming at the position where you aim to move to. This is what we call desync in VC-MP. The position you're looking a player at is not usually true. This why you need to tackle the movement of him/her.
2-You're claiming he enabled the lag tool during the fight. Which is although not possible in my point of view and, he's proven in his posted video, right?
3-Experience and skills matter. :)

The report has been marked as solved. If you get any further legit evidence, you're allowed to report any such occasion.
