Extra notes: he was perma banned from the server for using abusive nicknames, and now he's doing the same on the forum

IF GERZ IS ALLOWED TO BREAK RULES, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE?
SERVER MEMORIES BOARDS SAYS:

Any videos/screenshot that gives an insinuate manner in a way of insulting that results to embarrassment to particular player will be strictly be disallowed, To be given example of this rule are like "Repa/Rape cri" "Retard rq" ""=SA= clan repa" etc. that cause to degrade on oneself or a clan , If any player caught that contravene within this rule will be given a warn or forum ban after several offences and without notice the specified topic will be deleted. However we will still allow to post your videos/screenshots in Server Memories but only with this following categories:

- EC Montage (such as killing sprees)

- Fun Videos (Events when there's being hosted such stuffs.)

- Stunt Videos

- Duel Videos (with a proper permission to the whom you're fighting with)

- Funny Videos (If you consider that funny feel free to share it)

and other videos as long it which it doesn't insult other players/clans.
