Extra notes: I might not have recorded a video but I guess the logs are enough to prove that he deathevaded, I knocked him down with my spas and his hp decreased to 1 (in this case, he dies), but he left before the kill is counted. Nontheless the server automatically rewarded me with 1 point for assisting in killing him which is bizarre but shouldn't happen if a normal player quits, [MDt]Freaker and few others are witnesses and can confirm

Sorry but the evidence you provided isn't valid for cases like death-evade as explained by DronZ below.

For death evade/command abuse, screenshots as evidence is not valid. Make sure your evidence is in type of video.

Hence your report has been denied, be sure to record a video next time!

I will reopen the report. Since the new system can detect death evade. The screenshot shows that ripmemes got kill assist after dawdi disconnected.
