-The car was standing there and I dunno who did spawn. Neither at the time of fight I was focused on the car. And if you notice, I was shooting you standing far away from the car. NOT hiding behind the car.
-Shooting through the car is a common practice in server. It is not disallowed. Instead, spawning the car to defend yourself is not allowed.

You were not far from the car you were just behind it as you can see at 0;04 i wanted to headshot you but i couldnt see your head

And for those reports, they got denied cause its the spawn position of the car .

He didn't spawned the car for advantage. The car was there where it got spawned by others or left on the road. So I don't see any rule break here.

Do you have any evidence that show he spawned the car ? otherwise this report will be denied since it's not rule break unless he spawned the car,

Exploitation from spawning cars and glitching bullets: Spawning cars during combat as cover is now strictly forbidden, anyone caught doing such this act will be punished.
