What's racist in it? I don't see anything wrong in the picture.

Anyways, I understand you're referring to his nick. You should know players do join with a random nick without any INENTION. He might don't even know the meaning you've reported him for. Just a random nick. However, @AX , Please be careful when choosing your nicknames. It can be a cause of disrespect to someone. As seen in this case. Avoid using such nicknames.
