I used bandicam on windows 10 and after 10 minutes it doesn’t minimizes the game, instead it plays a sound and the recording stops. Bandicam never minimized the game if my recording exceeded my time limit. I think you are special as bandicam minimized the game in your case.

I will explain this to you. minimize/maximize depends upon the resolution/game_window of VC-MP. If you check Hazard's video, you'll notice clearly that He is playing with game_windowed 0 instead of 1. It usually happens; when you rewindow your PC, your game_windowed mode is set to 0 instead of 1. So player's usually do

/setconfig game_windowed 1 (I'm pretty much sure you know about this)

the conclusion: when you have set your vc-mp game_windowed mode to 1, it will not minimize. Instead, just pop up a dialog box and revoke your controls from VC-MP. In this situation, you are not immune. Any player can hit/damage/kill you.

When you have game_windowed mode NOT 1, ANY popup will minimize the game. Because of the configuration settings. In this case, the game is minimized and you're immune till you maximize your game screen back.

Brother, i also use windows 10 x64 and i have been using it since 2017. Plus i am fully aware of window mode and the in-game command to either enable it or disable it. Plus all the description you have given regarding what happens when a player has window mode enabled or disabled, is a simple common sense and something regarding which almost everyone who records his game-plays is familiar of. And as far as resolution is concerned, I play on on full HD resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. You might have seen my videos as there are tons of them out there on youtube, also the ones which i made using bandicam. The entire point of telling you this all is that I never experienced a situation where bandicam minimised my game upon my recording time exceeding the limit. And, for your information, when u open bandicam and then u open the game, your fps are being displayed on a the corner of your screen in "Red" color, indicating that you are now ready for recording/the recording isn't running yet. When u press an assigned hotkey (F11 in my case), the color of the fps being displayed on your screen's corner turns green, meaning that the recording is now running. When the limit exceeds, the colour of fps again changes to "Red", indicating that the recoring has stopped. And an alert sounds also plays due to the pop-up that comes from bandicam when ur time exceeds the limit, but it DOES NOT minimises the game. This is a normal case. I hope that the detail I have given is enough for you to understand what i am trying to explain.
