A desync happens but not in these type of scenarios. I had my aim moved wherever it could be, wasn't a desync.

It's because he turned it ON for a certain amount of time as he knew that the place was small so he won't be able to move much and his head will be poped so he turned it ON and when he passed the way he turned it OFF.

Anyway, I request to any high level admins who have good knowledge over this please take a look.

The video isn't enough to justify if it is really a head protection hack, however I handled cases like this that can be a possibility of desync probably by an alteration of fps/ping.

The video provides ping as well. And by any form does the player look like he was lagging? He was moving pretty smooth throughout the whole video.

He is playing from a cafe. What do you expect? You will encounter this type of desync usually with cafe players.
