The bug: I did /buyskin for 3 hours, after 15 minutes server is restarted and skin is lost.

It's a delay of the server saving stats cash skins cars etc  so if you lost ecd tell me and i give to you it again
It no is a bug it alrealdy happened with me

It was a crash, server restarted since we use auto-restart. The server have not saved the transaction yet before the crash, so it's like you've never purchased the skin since the server did not take the money and you didnt get the skin.

Notice for all players:
I've seen server crash multiple times for the last few days/weeks but i still cant find the cause of the crash to solve it. If you know or think any command, event or anything that might have caused the crash then let me know. If you use any command or did something before the server crash, then try to repeat it after restart to confirm it. If server crash again after repeating it, please report it in forum.

How you said human i think is any command which crash it because sometimes in the server when it crash. Kick all players reason crashed but sometimes it crash and only 1 player stay online 
Btw you can add any system to  save stats ? Like to use something /save or any thing like it to save account items ?

I have increased the frequency of data saving, so it will minimize data loss when server crash. There's no need of /save command since it will cause inconsistency/duplicates. Example:
- player A give cash to player B
- player B use /save to save his cash in DB while player A dont use /save so his cash is not yet saved into DB
- when server crash and restart, player A will still have his old cash in DB and player B will also have the cash since it's already saved in DB before the crash.
