Reason for reporting: killing to newbies
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)  :   
Extra notes: Just watch full video. He was killing 2 newbies at Cubans. I told him not to kill newbies but he continued so i recorded it.

After glancing at the rules, there are no such rules regarding killing newbies.
