I dont see him changing the UID, these logs are from the game or discord ? The shun works like global ignore, players that are shunned will be globally ignored by everyone except those who chose to manually /unignore them. Though, the server will still show the message in discord so that it will be easier for everyone to search through chat log when needed to confirm something. If you did see these messages in-game, it's probably a script bug.

Thanks Human for the elaboration.
These logs are from the game, but I did /unignore him after he was shunned. I was confused between shun and mute, as in some other servers a player can evade his shun.
