Warns exceeded Bug

The bug:

players used to get banned for a month when they get 3 warns, now they just get banned for 3 days

as you can see here, player [VU_R]Tic was banned at    06/11/21  and his unban is tomorrow, which doesn't make sense...
Extra notes:

getting 3 warns isn't easy in ec, it should be 1 month ban.

I've never heard someone getting 1 month ban because of warns exceeding. It has always been 3 days ban.

I don't think so, I remember someone making unban appeal due to warns exceeding ban, It's impossible to just have 3 days ban after 3 warns

It has always been 3 days ban for 3 warns, it will increase to 6 days ban once you have 6 warns and so on..
