Well to be exact it was not combat, he killed you and went behind a wall where you just couldn't even see him and he left.

-It was not a battle ground as only you and him were there
-he wasn't visible to you or he could get killed
-Its not Combat to be exact, as no one was fighting, he killed you and went to a side of wall where he was not visible to you and left.

But still @BURAK68 I suggest leaving after death or teleporting to some other place, it creates misunderstanding of /q in combat to many others.
@Gerz, in previous report he was visible to you when you spawned and tried to shot him, that's why he was warned.
