Extra notes: He said his recorder poped up thats why game paused, but I was just recently banned for unintentional molotove deathevade as lord gorcee said a rulebreak is a rulebreak, intentional or un-intentional and hazard is neither a new player, he is already temp banned many times because of deathevade

i was dueling him so i can reply here
It was intentional evade he paused game just after i knocked him and he tried avoiding getting killed but i kept shooting him even he was paused to save my kill.

You are just making excuses.
On the other hand if i accept it was bandicam notification due to which your game had minimized so you already know this that your game will minimize after 10 min in any state of your player ( knocked ) so why you still use bandicam? and your case is also similar as this one:

Hazard you were already warned by human for same thing on your previous report so I guess it was your responsibility to be careful about such issues. Anyways banned for 7 days.
