I was focused on playing instead of checking the health bar. We were fighting on the top of the airport where XT2 was falling himself too many times and you're reporting me for this?

It's your fault that you were not checking your health bar and he was aware about his movement/falling since he had enough hp nor he did any evade.
The last scene you show was that he jumped from roof but didn't died there if he had died there you must have a report against him.
If you making this case "unintentional" or different from other evades to avoid getting punished so let me relate this case to molotov evade ( using molotov while having low hp and died via own molo saying i focused on playing instead of checking health bar ).

@admins dont you forget his last death evade via molotove and he has been recently warned and again he did broke a rule for which he should be punished.

But there's a trick from which you can imagine yourself if its an evade or not. You both were present on that place, he fell on the ground while fighting with him knowing his hp was low.. Even if it's intentional or not, he must be careful enough to not do these foolish acts which he usualy repeatedly do.
Its an evade he calls it unintentional or accidental but infact he dont care about the ec rules he recently evaded death via molotove for which he should be punished or if he kept getting warns then what about those people who got banned on their first offence.

He did it unintentionally as you mentioned. Therefore hazard cannot be punished. If this kind of action is repeated in future by hazard then a severe punishment will be taken from staff side.
