Extra notes: HE WAS GETTING NO DAMAGE FROM CHAINSAW BUT WHEN I SHOT HIM FROM GUN HE GOT DAMAGE EVERYTIME AND GETS KILLED BY GUNS BUT NOT CHAINSAW

What causes this to be a bug? What did you do to reproduce it?

The bug caused by the VC copy and that I uninstalled it and installed another one that worked perfectly without that bug
And that I didn't notice it before as I usually play BRL where chainsaws are disallowed by admins
