why my warns not removed when i am unbanned why i have still 3 warns when i am newly unbanned HELP

Warns do stay in your EC History, regardless of your unban,

as Human stated here :

It has always been 3 days ban for 3 warns, it will increase to 6 days ban once you have 6 warns and so on..

Not a bug.
