I agree with you dear gogeta but most of you know that i run a cafe where everyone is allowed to play without breaking the rules, the thing is last time he logged in from my cafe if staff bans him my most PCs will be banned automatically, i request you that if there is any name ban system issue it or check for his home aliases instead of punishing from my pc, i will be really thankfull if you guys co-operate with me,

Well, alright I would like to request the staff to check his home alias if they can and take the decision over that, but what if he's ever caught playing from your cafe while he's punished (if banned or anything like that which could cause an evade)? I won't be responsible for the consequences mate, I don't want to ruin your business because of this guy or my report, if it has an effect on your business then probably I can request the staff for taking a suitable decision and they would help definitely.
