Reason for reporting: (forum) posting where he is not involved in...

Extra notes: i know he was involved in report but... he is not involve in apeal then why is he posting a reply...if we post a reply then we get a ban from forum... now we ll see that if he get bann or not... the rules are only for members or staff too... lemme see...
