IRC is Openned

Plse...... Help me when am click on IRC new page is open when i click on connect
waiting and connect while and then a message is appear server is time out help me?
                                         how to join IRC?

That's not a problem, it means only the one voiced on #C channel can talk through it, you can be only voiced if you're VIP in server.

The #EC channel is set mode +m - which means only users with voice( +v ) and above can send messages.
Only Contributor and VIP will get voice in IRC, you can contact staff member to set your level in IRC if you've bought VIP package in server.

1st make account on irc
2nd register on irc channel  use this  /ns register ur nick & password
3rd ask any online admin for irc voice
4th when u join irc type this /ns identify user name & password

Message one of the admins in irc so that they can set +v to you, it's would be better if you will avail a monthly vip pack for us to set your level whenever you join irc, a day vip kinda hard for us to set your voice everytime you join in the irc unless you have a bouncer.
