MaiYan's ECAll of you people would be wondering what caused us to move to another forums, another IRC channels, and another host. That's because of MaiYan. The whole staff had issues with him, he used to accept members who begged him to join, and he wouldn't even care about the staff's decision. He opened the admin apps, the staff was against it, because there were too many admins. When ever someone reported HONEY_SINGH, his report would be denied, because they are related, which server rules weren't equal to everyone and it's not fair to admins and players. MaiYan didn't care about the staff decision and discussion, and he would do everything on his own. So one day the majority of the staff left, and that caused MaiYan to leave too.
A fairer EC Then the same day, majority of the admins started feeling bored of VCMP, because EC was the only server with perfect DM mode, and no one wanted to start all over again. So the staff came up, and somehow convinced Human to join the effort of starting EC again, and he said yes. This time we have new forum ec.vcmp.co.uk, thanks to Drake for hosting the forums, and a special thanks to Howl, Jokah, and Pumak47 for setting up the forum. (Thanking myself
) And a big thanks to Thijn for providing us the host for server. Now EC will run under the staff decisions via discussion, everything will be decided by votes and no one has full power and control over everything as in old EC where MaiYan took decision all by himself. Everything is now decided with discussion and votes, so there's no chance of favouritism and biased decision as the staff members came across different clans & country, no one has full control over everything. This time MaiYan isn't there, which means, he's out.
The Theory of Maiyan's EC Coming Back He started up a server named 'Grand Theft Auto European City [no1host.us]' with only 2 slots. There are chances of it to come back. But I'd say there is no point playing there. Because the script is no more functional, because the real scripter Human brought some changes in it. Human and MaiYan had a deal, that if the server closes the server will be with Human, but MaiYan broke the promise, and started the server up again, with permission. So yeah, it's called stealing. And one more reason to not play there, all accounts are reset in that server. If you'll play there, you have to start all over again. But in this EC, Human has DB safe, and you won't have to start all over again, same stats.
