Well do you remember my past days ping ? it was less then 250 , my ping is increased from yesterday.Its mean Wrong

Exactly why you were kicked, your ping along with your lag has increased due to your network problems.

anything that affect the game play in any other way for your advantage are strictly prohibited,

I count your network problems/unhittable lag into this rule.
Like I suggested to you earlier, fix it before you play and this whole situation could have been avoided in the first place.

To clarify further about "ping". Ping doesn't mean everything.
For example you can have 400 ping connecting from Japan and yet still be perfectly hittable as this ping is latency related.
I can play at say 50 ping but still lag so badly as a 1000 pinger due to artificial lag (heavily reduced download/upload speed).
In your case your ping jumped up and your upload/download speed is what I guess downgraded to the point that you're nearly unhittable.
I'm not calling it artificial lag due to the fact that you said it's a problem regarding your net.

TL;DR You shouldn't be playing while having network issues or you may expect administrative action taken against it if it affects gameplay.

I don't want to interfere much here but I can name dozen of people with similar lag like hari. Obviously, unhittable lag isn't accepted in the server. Whenever, admin ask you to fix your ping/fps/lag you should find some way to fix it rather then using it as advantage over other players.

@Hari: Staff is fully qualified and hold ability to take appropriate action when required. You are taking it in a wrong direction by presenting this report as a abuse/ hate-kick, which is most unlikely.

@Brain: Hari is not a new player nor his lag. Many of players including staff is been playing with him from long time. I know how painful is to play against laggers, me and Azulej always discuss about such people with ping spikes and all but end up having nothing as result. Go easy on laggers man, I could kick 15/day if start kicking players for unhittable lag. However, if people start complaining about someone's unhittable lag then it looks more legitimate to kick. In addition, kicking a opponent who is fighting you and ending your sprees looks like your are taking revenge on him, which is why hari tried to highlight the logs of him ending your sprees and killing you. Hope you get my point. Welcome to team.
