Change spawn protection system or remove it

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): frustrated with the new spawn protection, it simply disables weps of "spawned player" and gives advantages to other to let you kill freely, no wonder instead of protecting others from getting killed at spawn, its more likely delivering opportunities to rest.. It would be good if you just modify it and make player blurry for a few seconds or just drown players who attempt spawncamping.. this new spawn protection system is just weird and unworthy.

wasn't previous system much better? talking about the one which used to decrease the player's kill if he does spawn kill.

Just to modify it to make the player blurry/transparent thingy, nothing much +1 for blurry.
