Check the timing when he gets poped.
It is a fucked up timer and there's a distant difference between how fast he gets killed and how long it should take for the body animation.

I had my own suspicions of Neutron not playing clean but I was never able to come up with proper evidence due to the fact that most of the time he played with bizarre lag when I faced him.
However I can definitely notice his increased speed in the videos provided and am confident to say that he's using speed gear, there's no doubt about it.
Both Hunting and MD619 captured good moments of the speed gear usage, Hunting's video even shows Neutron being twice as fast than any normal player.

I'm personally getting this forwarded to administrators+ and I'm pretty confident to say the least that Neutron aka Jack will receive a long ban.
