I asked Fahim to post it here because cool3 replied early on my previous assi report, and though his ban period should be increased. (this footage was before he was banned). - Two evades in a row.It only took time to report.

The msg 'Error - Your lastPos spawner is already turned on' shouldnt be shown in any way except you typed /diepos on while having it on. So, i dont see any error, he had typed /diepos on (maybe by mistake, when he tried to turn it off) so server said that his diepos is already turned on. When he spawn, he got teleported to the position he was killed.

So, i dont see any error, he had typed /diepos on (maybe by mistake, when he tried to turn it off) so server said that his diepos is already turned on. When he spawn, he got teleported to the position he was killed.

yeah, he must have mistyped it in hurry. He did not typed /q on a purpose, I feel.

In addition, the report which got him banned "evade via falling from roof" providing a photo isn't quite accurate evidence nor the logs to ban someone unless a full video shows it clearly. Even as what assi trying to convince cool3 was that he has been hit with bullets while jumping from high rise roof to low rise roof and picture on that clearly showing that someone was firing at him with m60 which could have declined his health before he landed and fell to death.
If a video was provided or maybe be provided by the reporting person it could help staff to make sure, if evade was on purpose or mistake.

I request my fellow staff member cool3 to re-investigate the report.
