I don't know this guy,but as he mentioned he is using net dodear(Connect Communication),I too have the same net and some times i too face this problem.when i join this server or any other it shows sometime i connect from China,Japan,Singapore etc.Its not because i use any VPN.Its because sometimes my ISP bug or something went wrong with it that's why.(I don't know the reason )
Sorry if it is in wrong board or its not allowed.I am posting this because in future i don't want to face this problem.

..so whether you really used VPN or you used different ISP to login into forum & server( & one if it was wrongly detected ). Anyway, the main reason you got banned( again) is because you evaded your ban. You joined the server even you knew that you are still banned.

The country might be wrong, but the main reason he get banned is because his ban time was not over yet, so the admin simply ban the new UID he used to join the server.
