The bug: We cant take this skin http://wiki.vc-mp.org/wiki/File:Skin_102.jpg ,in the server on any skin when we do ./changeskin 102 it says ** pm >> Error - You cant choose skin from another team. pls check
Extra notes: i want this skin.

+1 I want all the skins to be affordable without restrictions, but it will make too much difficulty between teams and which one is real and other with same skin but differently colored...

It's not a bug, all skins that look like staff skins are also blocked beside the skins from other teams.
