Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Allow /givecash and /giveecd to his another account
Extra notes: Sometimes people use two nicks but when we need money in another account we cant give. So allow give cash and ecd to our another account

Imo I don't think it's a great idea, I have a bad feeling about this, which is a possibility in such scam and changing of accounts, you should stick to one or rather than just make an appeal to transfer account.
