Reason for reporting: Vpn User
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)   

Extra notes: all clan members are Vpn users they are lagger and using vpn to reduce ping

As far as I know it's a problem they face that sometimes it connects them in different country without them knowing, let me know if he still continues using it and if he failed to explain on what's happening, on the next report a punishment will be given.
