Reason for reporting: camping outside bank with svest  waiting to kill me

Extra notes: i typed /loc zk  and found out he was at 32 meters from me outside bank waiting to blow me up with svest ( not giving me a  chance to exit)
fortunately a player  came and killed him D:
if he didnt  come, he would've killed me  ( as i got no chance to exit the bank) which is like shooting  the bank entrance..

I WAS on a hydra dump. you saw my loc 2 times, the first i got 85 m and then 32, i was on hydra and my kill on him was like just in the ferrari spawned.
Show us an evenidence who says that i bank camped in order to kill you.
