Date it happened: How can the person tell the date? (I don't know but it's very old)
The bug: VIP skin bug. I'm giving you examples. Hope you understand...

Player got a VIP content or he bought VIP. Okay then he did /spawnskin (any vip/unvip skin id) When the VIP package ends The player still get the skin that he wrote when he/she was VIP (also VIP skin)

You typed /spawnskin skin/id when you were VIP. Now your VIP status finished. The skin still get when you spawn.
