did u watch  the video?
you  was near him when he spawned  the  vehicle
at  the  very end of  video you can see he is shooting behind  vehicle and  u saw it, but didnt  take any action.

but u should  pay attention more often.

Next time do report for the admins to be notified right away which is the purpose of having a /report cmd. or PM them for them to check it out and get their attention to it.
