No you cannot challenge the reserved player or from the list. You will be given the opponent by us you have to defeat him. Challenge board is for fixing time and dates. Not for challenge everyone you want.

Since you are put on reserved, Somebody has to go for you to take their spot and play matches, as long as you are reserved, you can't do anything.
