Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): As we knows there are many laggers in the server that are best by their pings and fps, and i also noticed that "The server auto kicking is not running correctly. when we do this"

Example: I shotgun Aaron, he fall and then server kicked him.

So, as you can read if you fall then server will kick you (Sometimes may not but it works actually on fall) So i suggest to update ping/fps kicking automatically system. Set ping limit to 300. If someone got warnings 3 times of his/her ping so she/he'll be K!CK3D, please take action. So the server will clean from laggers and bancods.

Addition to this, when a lagger is fallen down and you shoot him he won't probably get damage of your bullets as expected. So its better he gets kicked out of the server. Here, 1 kill or 1 death isn't really necessary.

Well to be honest, there is no need of introducing any new fps/ping kick system because almost every server uses same kind of fps/kick system with little alterations according to the environment and need. It would be better to keep same without any changing or alteration.
