They need time bruh, any decision on this report will equally affect his administrative spot too, since you've reported a staff member, maybe without acknowledgement that it's a staff member, it'll take more than usual time, just like every admin report.

Sorry for the delay but going on, I talked to DiaZ on what happened on that day as he told me he was lagging in which a normal state for him as he lived in Malaysia, and on other hand I don't see him warp as well and there's is something to deal with his jittery ping which he's having spikes that is unforeseeable.

@DiaZ before you play please do check your ping to avoid misconceptions and if you see it's not the worth to play don't risk it.
