Hmm, no i never used any kind of VPN (actually idk what it is) .. you know its just like that.. in my free time i just turn on pc and i log into vcmp thats it.. sometimes when my ping seems too high i restart the router idk if this may do something

i think May be you use Wire-Connection internet.
You get internet from that man.he was using VPN. You IP change and that why, is happened again and again
