GTA VC has as far as  I know two versions:
Cut and Uncut.,Morrocans are using usually the cut ones (excluding them,for example StealtH^")

You can look up at differences between GTA 3 CUT AND UNCUT, it'll happen same for VC.

its not a script bug adrenaline, its due to the player's vc  version. See HunTinG's video at 1:27
