To begin with, it's Kowalski, not Kawalski.

To explain, I do pause the game a lot to check the internet, Discord and other things related to EC, Argonath and other things as well. I don't death evade because I am a fair player, I don't try to ruin the spirit of the game, but even if that was a "death evade" I would have died the moment I entered the game again.

I don't wish to ruin the fair play or the atmosphere of the server, but death evading wasn't what I was doing.

I'd like Aaron to convene on this matter before we proceed further. I am open and will listen to the other side, however, I'll ignore any raging or provoking, or accusations as I will only be open to those willing to act civil and work to resolve the issue and prevent such occurrences from occurring in the future.

Probably the scenario was you alt tabbed as you were killed but without you knowing the kill haven't still counted and you paused your game unseen. A warn for this matter would do as a head up.
