Why should we unban you ?: Because i didn't used any HP hack.
Extra note: I'm facing problem from months, that is my game minimizes because of antivirus notifying me of some malware.

I'm still facing this problem, my game keeps minimizing i have apologized to many peoples and even let them kill me after that.
I have also runned many scans found many viruses(about 992) cleared them all but this one just won't go away.It basically opens google chrome(which sometimes my antivirus aborts) which minimizes game and sometimes the dialog box of antivirus minimizes it.
I'm pretty sure i also had apologized to the reporter ask him to show more 10 seconds of the video.
I'm sorry and it won't happen again.

Also, the screenshot is old because i didn't post appeal back then from fear of getting denied, but now i think its important to make unban appeal.

I have turned on "Silent/Gaming Mode" in my antivirus and i'm not getting any pop ups now. Also i have changed this in game /setconfig game_windowed so my game doesn't gets paused now.

I know why you are thinking it, because i opened vice city very fast.I tried to open vice city from taskbar very fast but i couldn't open it in time and i apologize for it once again.
I'm playing this game from 4 years and its the first time i'm banned for HP hacks(or pause evade), why would i try to pause evade and put my and my clan's reputation in danger.
I'm sorry for it, i have changed config, turned on silent/gaming mode in my antivirus and it won't happen again.

its not evade but a clear hp hack.
If you can create same situation then create it and record both side game play
