EC doesn't have *special features/plugins* that would make players unable to inject trainer. There are many methods using which trainer can still be injected.

We cannot assure regarding the proof you've been taken for only a picture, unless you'll have to substantiate for us to confirm whether it's true or not, I'm not that knowledgeable about trainers/hacks as i never attempted to do such that thing, it would be better if you can provide some videos for us to investigate and come to a conclusion regarding this distribution of hacks.
