Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Make the possibility to cancel or remove the custom skin, like for example when I'm tired of the skin I bought or I've choosen a skin mistakenly I gotta wait for like 12 hours or so to expire in which I can't buy another skin in that period. So, I'll be able to use /cancelskin or /removeskin to get rid of it and buy another skin or so on, with getting refunded the half of the price of buying a skin before it expires..

Now you are allowed to buy new skin even though you already bought a skin. Once you buy new skin, it will remove the older skin you own and take its place. You will need to pay for the new skin as usual and you will not get money back from the older skin that's removed. Basically, after you buy a skin..you cant get your money back so make sure to choose carefully before you buy it.
