Denied, it will most likely will be abused. The players with more friends/clan will easily get away with rule breaks due to the supports they get, while players with less friends/more enemy/clanless will have very low chances. There's basically no fairness if we ever use the idea. It's the same reason we dont allow players to get involved in reports unless required, they tend to support each other even though they know it's a obvious rule break.
