Here's the full video,You can see that he was in combat with us,but he used that sphere as protection but a guy with cop skin came and pushed Tic with his car and after that Tic, started the drama of buying svest again and again. Check from 00:38 to 00:46 he clearly tried to evade but that cop guy pushed him from sphere
