Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Don't mark the suicide bomber color as red, just mark it whichever team the player (who is buying it) has. Everyone notice them and its no fun until they really know them via watching their skins. They just kill them easily and we lost our ecds. Just keep the message that shows that the suicide bomber is in the Vice City. Only don't mark the color as red, let people know it theirselves.

We'll think about an alternative way for the suicide bomber not to be overly exposed with his identity, still no assurance with this, me and human we'll include this matter in our discussion.

The bright red name tag will be enough warning if the  bomber is within visible distance

my proposal to send notification of vest guy to players once he gets in 300m range to them. keeping the color as team color.

If possible, blinking blip every 20-30 seconds.

After buy suicide vest The terrorist should be hide in the map and he easily can explode his self and also it will be surprise blast for others(died players)

If we can find out the box Hide from the radar so we can took advantage from that because we can use every weapon which we want. but when you buyvest so you only have a bomber-jacket instead of all weapon, So I think this idea is cool and will more crazy.
