You're saying that when you join server, you get stable fps but when start playing or dm it's starts to drop. Right?. If yes the  maybe your Motherboard problem because after changing gpu and windows, it should be solved. It happens on other games?

Heavy GPU required a PC that supports it. What are your system specs ?
Thankx to RebellioN

Hum... Its just common sense whenever you change a spec on your pc specially the GPU..you might need a mother board that can sustain it at its best plus if the CPU isnt that good it might get you into those FPS drops and RAM should also be a thing to take into consideration.. you can run some tests of performance from your GPU tho

@Kody wait i forgot that i also faced this issue before. Do a thing, play game but without shooting any gun. And again shoot m4 but on road, tell me in which conditions your fps drops?

Had the same problem, posted a topic in another vcmp-related forum, dudes over there told me its a virus and its a completely different thing, so from now on if you have similar problem never dare to post here. I already saw answers and they are totally irrelevant and gibberish.

so let me explain to you the phenomenon:
you have stable 60 fps at beginning, that's normal and then your computer starts to slow down until it gets unplayable, you are very confused and don't know what is happening, actually your computer is getting overheated, what does overheating/power throttling/ gpu throttling means? google it because it'll give you a very detailed explanation.

How to fix this problem?
1- type in google "how to fix gpu throttling/power throttling" and it will give you a set of steps you should do inside windows to adjust power plan and prevent overheating issues
2- Clean your central unit from dust and any particles that might block vents entrance (I recommend this solution)
3-If nothing works, buy new fans.

For everyone posting useless Comments(and him for posting that problem here which was completely useless) he bought Amd r9 380x 4gb(heavy gpu lmao xD) and when he moves his mouse the camera movement seems like it's lower than 60 fps laggy but in real he's getting 60 fps his fps don't drop nor its cpu issue or motherboard.

you mean he is facing stutter? I don't think so,he said he has static 60 fps at the beginning then it begins to lag which is the pure definition of overheating.

EXACTLY, that's what i'm trying to say. All other heavy games work fine with more then 100 fps. My fps doesn't drop at any point, it remains at 60(stable) but whenever i move my mouse or play with speed( fast switchings etc) my camera doesnt move well, it becomes laggy (just like playing on 50fps etc)

@Decent_946 my gpu specs : AMD R9 380X 256bit 4gb memory and i've 16gb ram installed in my pc..
